At Bean Voyage we’re committed to getting your ethically-sourced, artisan-roasted coffee (and brewing gear) into your hands as smoothly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (unless otherwise indicated).

  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you with an updated timeline.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

3. Shipping Costs
  • Standard shipping: flat fee (see checkout for current fee).

  • Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain threshold (e.g., ₹ X).

  • Express shipping: additional fee (selected at checkout).

  • For international orders: shipping cost calculated at checkout or quoted separately.


4. Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (or message) with tracking details.

  • You may track your parcel with the courier using the provided tracking number.


5. Shipping Restrictions & Additional Notes
  • We currently ship to [list of countries / regions]. If your location is not listed, please contact us.

  • We may be unable to deliver to certain remote postal codes, PO boxes, or military addresses — if so, we’ll inform you.

  • Customs duties, import taxes or local fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, natural disasters or other force-majeure events.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages
  • If your parcel is lost in transit or you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date.

  • Provide your order number, tracking number and photographic proof of damage (if applicable). We will work with the courier and either re-ship or refund as per our policy.
