At Bean Voyage we’re committed to getting your ethically-sourced, artisan-roasted coffee (and brewing gear) into your hands as smoothly as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (unless otherwise indicated).
Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you with an updated timeline.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

*Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of payment.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping: flat fee (see checkout for current fee).
Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain threshold (e.g., ₹ X).
Express shipping: additional fee (selected at checkout).
For international orders: shipping cost calculated at checkout or quoted separately.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (or message) with tracking details.
You may track your parcel with the courier using the provided tracking number.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Additional Notes
We currently ship to [list of countries / regions]. If your location is not listed, please contact us.
We may be unable to deliver to certain remote postal codes, PO boxes, or military addresses — if so, we’ll inform you.
Customs duties, import taxes or local fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, natural disasters or other force-majeure events.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your parcel is lost in transit or you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date.
Provide your order number, tracking number and photographic proof of damage (if applicable). We will work with the courier and either re-ship or refund as per our policy.
