Returns & Refunds

Here are our terms for returns, refunds and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Return / Refund
You may request a return or refund if your item arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from description.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused (unless faulty), in original condition and packaging—with tags / seals intact where applicable.
Non-returnable items: [list any exceptions—e.g., limited-edition beans after opening, perishable items, etc.]
2. Return Process
Contact our customer support at hello@beanvoyage.com or +91-98765-43210 with your order number and reason for return.
We will evaluate and, if approved, provide return instructions (including address & carrier options).
You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is our fault (e.g., wrong item, damage).
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of refund / exchange status.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
Alternatively, you may request an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
If the item is faulty / damaged on arrival, we will offer to replace or refund at no additional cost.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Once the item has left our warehouse / been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return per above terms.
5. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify our Returns & Refunds policy at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
